| Dachshunds are a special breed they are the type of dog you can have in your home or apartment or outside on your ranch. They have a heart of gold they will lay in your lap all day, snuggle up with you all night, run around the ranch with you just like a big dog, or chase away any intruder. They are great watch dogs and have an aggressive personality when needed or a sweet disposition with you and the kids. They can be very stubborn at times but will do anything to please you.
